Winery Update, February 2023

We hope the winter has been good for you as it has been for us. Minimal snow thus far has meant that you all have continued to navigate our country roads. Our team enjoys seeing smiling faces during our quiet time of the year so thank you all for that!

It seems spring is around the corner, and coming quickly. We have been busy planning a great year with new events, and new wines. We currently have 79 events planned this year inclusive of Car Cruise-ins, Bands, 5k Run, Trivia, and more collaborations with our Indiana Uplands Wine Trail wineries throughout the state. That means more reason to visit us here in the Valley! Check our Facebook page or website for our list of currently scheduled events.

We will begin to prune our grapes any day now and that will continue until early May before bud break. This is always a mighty task for the vineyard crew as they brave the cold to work the vines. We have been busy in production since harvest as we work through the most recent vintage and begin bottling wines aged in barrels. We have also been preparing space for our new bottling line that is slated to arrive in May. This means reorganizing and the installation of new utilities to the area of the production line. We are so excited to use this bottling line to bring you more Indiana grown wines! We look forward to sharing this space with you upon completion.

Thank you for continuing this journey with us, We hope you enjoy these new wines.

Cheers,Anthony Leaderbrand
